Returns


You may return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of receipt. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received in, new with all tags in the original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged

  2. Please write this number on your Return Invoice, pack with your order and ship to:

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.**

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Excessive Returns

Please note- We11made does keep track of customer returns and we do reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion due to an excessive return history.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.
